The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet area of town, making it easy to get around. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. the continental breakfast offered a good selection of tasty foods to start the day. the rooms were kept clean, making for a comfortable stay.
The lack of in-room amenities, such as tea and coffee making facilities and no hair dryer, was a bit disappointing. Although it is understandable that the hotel may not have some of these features, it would have been nice to have these available to guests.

Most of all I like that there is a train station near the hotel. Also near it there are a lot of restaraunts, cafes and a supermarket.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, being right across from the train station and within walking distance to all the main sights. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, even though we had a language barrier, they made an effort to communicate with us. One of the best aspects was the delicious continental breakfast that was provided.
There were a few negatives during our stay. The rooms only had single beds and we had to push them together, which was not ideal.

The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, even when I didn't understand German. They were by far the best feature of the hotel. The location was also perfect for me, as it was close to the train station and only a 15-minute walk to the city center and theatre. Additionally, the hotel was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station, making it easy to access both Koblenz and Trier. there are supermarkets within walking distance, providing convenience. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with firm mattresses ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly and helpful, with some members being able to communicate in English. the continental breakfast is good, offering a range of options to start the day. the hotel provides off-street parking.
It is disappointing that the hotel does not offer lunch or dinner options, limiting dining choices.
